VRAM Cloud Complaint Procedure

This procedure explains how customers may submit complaints about VRAM Cloud services, billing, account handling, compliance checks, or privacy matters.
1. How to Submit a Complaint
Email your complaint to legal@vram.cloud. For privacy-specific complaints or data protection requests, you may also contact privacy@vram.cloud.
Please include your name, company name if applicable, account email, invoice or transaction reference where relevant, a description of the issue, and any supporting documents.
2. Review Process
We will review the complaint, may request additional information, and will respond within a reasonable time after receiving the information needed to investigate the issue.
Where a complaint concerns suspected fraud, sanctions, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, account security, or unlawful activity, we may restrict information we provide where required or permitted by law.
3. Outcomes
After review, we may explain our decision, correct an error, update account information, apply a billing adjustment, approve or refuse a refund request under the Refund Policy, or take another action we consider appropriate.
4. Privacy Complaints
If your complaint concerns personal information and you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent supervisory authority.
