VRAM Cloud Refund Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how VRAMCloud LLP reviews refund requests for GPU compute, API access, model access, storage, and related services.
1. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact us at legal@vram.cloud and include your account email, invoice or transaction reference, the amount requested, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional information needed to verify the request, investigate the transaction, and meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, or sanctions screening requirements.
2. Review Criteria
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the reason for the request, the status of the resource, whether the service has been consumed, and any rights that apply under applicable law.
We may approve a refund where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized charge confirmed after investigation, or paid service that was not provisioned due to an issue within VRAM Cloud's control.
3. Consumed Services
Usage-based charges for compute, API calls, model access, storage, bandwidth, and other metered resources are generally charged according to actual use recorded by VRAM Cloud systems.
Refunds for consumed or partially consumed services are reviewed case by case and may be refused where the service was provided as ordered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on the payment processor, card network, bank, and any compliance checks required before funds can be returned.
We may offset refunds against outstanding amounts owed to VRAM Cloud where permitted by applicable law.
